Ad Account

An ad account is an entity linked to a seller or merchant's identification, these identifiers are obtained via the seller_id field found in the Catalog feed. The catalog feed synchronizes the seller and item identifiers within the platform.

Advertisers can set up one or more campaigns within their ad accounts. A single ad account can have up to 1000 campaigns. (If your advertisers need to create more than 1000 campaigns, reach out to your Moloco representative.)

Ad Manager Account

The Ad Manager Account (AMA) offers a hierarchical and multi-account management framework, enabling users to oversee multiple ad accounts with a single login efficiently. This system centralizes performance monitoring and streamlines access control. AMA can be directly linked to ad accounts, allowing those with appropriate permissions to access all linked accounts. Serving as a central hub, the AMA facilitates creating campaigns, viewing reports, and managing user access across all subordinate ad accounts.
